It is time to set sail on an event adventure of a lifetime with the crew at OHIO PIRATE CON and be a part of an epic, swashbuckling journey that unfolds before yer very eyes!
Watch as the Pirates of the RING of STEEL combine forces with the Buccaneers from GILLMOR ORDNANCE. The event opens with the master invasion plan set in motion by none other than the formidable local pirate legends… PIRATE DON DIRK and SAN DEE as they invade our city via the Port of Fremont on the Sandusky River.
They will capture Mayor Sanchez, and after some reckless revelry, plenty of shouting, skirmishes, cannon fire, and feisty negotiations, the Mayor reluctantly surrenders the coveted KEY to the CITY to the Pirates for the weekend! Thus begins a Pirate-Style victory celebration full of bawdy, eclectic fun, entertainment, and activities, complete with good food and drink in Port Fremont.

We encourage attendees to dress in simple or extreme pirate gear and fashions. There will be a variety of merchants at our NAUTICAL BAZAAR ready to dress & accessorize you in the latest pirate fashions.
During our show’s… children, adults, and pirates of all ages have a chance to come on stage and take part in the action. Everyone is invited to cheer and sing along as our pirates fight and swoop through the air, accompanied by cannon blasts, pyrotechnics, and plenty of laughs.

Treasure Quest where you follow the map and enter FREE at up to 20 local businesses to WIN hundreds of dollars’ worth of prizes!
